Our Windows 10 PC was unable to Boot. Being retired,we just have basic computer needs. We were not familiar with any of any PC repair business' in Florence but chose All in 1 Tech Solutions simply because the name seems to fit the problem. And we were right! So impressed with All in 1 Tech Solutions! Frank was knowledgeable, patient, professional and resolved all my tech issues. He explained everything and answered all my questions without rushing. Best of all, he makes house calls so you don't have to disconnect and drop off your equipment. This is the best of digital expertise combined with personal service without having to go offline. Frank is honest, friendly,  and knows what he's doing.  Each time I reached out to him, he either answered his phone or called me right back.  That's huge when you are in a  business serving the community.  He easily could have taken me for more money, I don't have a clue about computers, but he told me exactly what the issue was and explained it wasn't worth the repairs. Frank has been helping me keep my older (6 yr & 11 yr old) Dell computers running until I am forced to upgrade to new computers with windows 11. The older one is running much faster now and he fixed a glitch that the newer one was having with OneDrive. He made a house call so I could ask questions throughout the process.
